Spictra devices, after nearly 12 years in the life-support business, have created a name of trust, consistent quality and complete satisfaction among the finest surgeons in India and abroad.

Started as South India Drugs & Devices in 1992, commercial operations commenced soon thereafter to manufacture life support systems. From here, our business evolved into four major Application-specific Business Units (ABUs): Cardiac Surgery, Airway Management, Neurology and Transfusion. Focusing mainly in areas of tertiary care, an organ based specialty care in Health Care became possible with 3 Tech groups comprising

In line with the core competence, blending science and technology for patient care, the company recently renamed itself SIDD Life Sciences Pvt Ltd - SIDD.

While SIDD manufactures a wide range of products under the spictra brand, its R&D constantly augments its product mix and its agency unit outsources complementary devices. This makes SIDD a highly customer-focused company whose products match the demands of the market from a single window.

While our area of focus is in the four tertiary care sectors, we are extending our area of expertise to other technology areas as well, preceded by the appropriate research and development.
